Ingredients
- ½ (5 ounce) can tuna in water
- ¼ cup diced avocado
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 ½ tablespoons poppy seed dressing
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Instructions
Step1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Drain the tuna and flake it into small pieces using a fork.
- Dice the avocado into small cubes.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Dice the red onion finely.
