Instructions
Step 1:

- Peel and pit the avocado, peel the banana, and measure out the remaining ingredients.
Step 2:
- Place the peeled and pitted avocado, mixed berries, peeled banana, spinach leaves, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup into the blender.
- Secure the lid tightly on the blender.
- Start blending the ingredients on low speed, gradually increasing to high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- For a colder consistency, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend until fully incorporated.
Step 3:
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Blend briefly to ensure the added sweetness is well mixed.
Step 4:
