    FAQ

  • How do I prevent the congee from sticking to the bottom of the pot while cooking?

Stir the congee regularly while cooking to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. You can also use a non-stick pot or add a bit more water if needed.

  • How can I ensure that the chicken in the congee is cooked through and tender?

Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces for quicker and more even cooking. Make sure the congee reaches a gentle simmer and let it cook until the chicken is no longer pink and is tender.

  • How do I adjust the thickness of the congee to my preference?

Control the thickness of the congee by adding more water or broth for a thinner consistency, or continue cooking uncovered to reduce the liquid for a thicker texture. Adjust seasonings accordingly to maintain flavor balance throughout the cooking process.
