Ingredients
- 8 oz (about 225g) of your favorite pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Creamy Lemon Spinach Sauce
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach leaves to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted.

Step 3: Combine Pasta and Sauce
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the creamy lemon spinach sauce.
- Toss well until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
- Cook for an additional minute or two until everything is heated through.
Step 4: Serve
- Divide the creamy lemon spinach pasta among serving plates.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
