Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
Step 1:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Set aside.
Step 2:
- In a saucepan, mix the cornstarch and salt.
- Gradually pour in the yogurt mixture while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
Step 3:
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and begins to bubble.
- This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4:
- Once the pudding has thickened, remove it from the heat and pour it into individual serving bowls or glasses.
- Let it cool for a few minutes at room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled and set, typically for at least 1 hour.
