Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the bacon

Step 2:Cook the spinach

  • Stir the ingredients together until the spinach wilts.
  • Remove the mixture from the pan and set aside for later use.

Step 3: Cook the egg

  • Heat pan with oil on medium heat, then reduce to medium-low.
  • Pour egg mixture into pan, cook until bottom is set but top is runny.
  • Place tortilla on top of eggs, press gently, flip carefully after ensuring full contact.
