Instructions
Step 1:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Step 3:
- Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture, dividing it evenly among them.
Step 4:
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
