- 1/2 cup whole milk

- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Step 1:
- Beat eggs until pale yellow and frothy. Add milk, salt, and pepper, then whisk thoroughly.
Step 2:
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Pour in the eggs and allow them to set without stirring.
- Gently push the edges of the egg towards the center to allow the uncooked egg to flow underneath.
- Once almost set, turn off the heat and gently stir until fully cooked.
Step 3:
- Add cheese if desired and transfer to a plate when still moist and soft.
