- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan, flat side down.
Step 2: Prepare the Glaze
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and ground cinnamon.

Step 3: Glaze the Ham
- Brush half of the glaze over the surface of the ham, making sure to get in between the slices.
- Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning.
Step 4: Bake the Ham
- Bake the ham in the preheated oven for 1 hour, basting with the remaining glaze every 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil during the last 20 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize and the ham to brown.

- If you prefer a stickier glaze, you can increase the amount of honey and brown sugar in the recipe.
- For extra flavor, you can stud the ham with whole cloves before baking.
