Description
Matcha cookies are baked treats made using matcha powder, a finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves. Unlike regular green tea, matcha is prepared by whisking the powdered leaves into water, allowing for the consumption of the whole leaf and all its nutrients. This gives matcha cookies a rich, unique flavor profile and a beautiful green hue.
