- 18 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy option
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or preferred cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
Instructions
Step 1: Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Grease a rimmed half sheet pan generously with cooking spray.
Step 2:Â Mix Eggs
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 3: Pour and Top
- Carefully pour egg mixture into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle cheese, bell peppers, and onions evenly over the top.
Step 4: Bake
- Bake until eggs are cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Step 5: Cool and Serve
- Let it cool for a few minutes in the pan.
- Cut into 12 squares with a sharp knife. Enjoy!
