Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup hummus

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
