- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Use your hands for the best results, ensuring the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Step 2: Shape the Meatballs
- Take a portion of the meatball mixture and roll it between your palms to form a ball, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture, placing the formed meatballs on a plate or tray.
Step 3: Cook the Meatballs

- Cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meatballs are browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Transfer the cooked meatballs to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Repeat until all meatballs are cooked.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
- Arrange the cooked meatballs on a serving platter and garnish with additional fresh parsley, if desired.
