Ingredients
- 200ml of milk
- 120ml of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon (10g) of sugar
- 10g of gelatin
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the gelatin powder with 50ml of cold water until it dissolves completely.
Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine the milk, coconut milk, and sugar. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Step 3: Pour the dissolved gelatin into the saucepan and continue stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 4: Pour the pudding mixture into bunny-shaped cups or bowls, filling them up to about 3/4 of their capacity.
Step 5: Place the pudding in the refrigerator and let it chill until it sets.
Step 6: Remove the bunny pudding from the fridge and gently release the pudding from the mold.
Step 7: Use edible pens to draw cute expressions and details on Bunny Pudding’s face and ears for added visual impact.
